Our appointment process is designed to ensure your safety, comfort, and satisfaction. Health form: Your well-being is our top priority. Before your appointment, we require all clients to complete a health form. This helps us better understand your health history, allergies, or concerns. Filling out the health form ensures that our professionals can tailor their services to your unique needs and provides us with vital information to ensure your safety during the appointment. Social Media Marketing and Before/after pictures: To track your progress and celebrate your transformation, we will take photos and videos of your before and after pictures. Rest assured, your privacy is of utmost importance to us. These visuals are used exclusively for your records and for illustrating the effectiveness of our services on our website and social media platforms. Any sharing will be done with your explicit consent. We believe in the power of real, authentic transformations. With your permission, we may share before-and-after photos and videos on our social media channels to inspire others on their wellness journeys. Your identity and personal information will always remain confidential. Only your transformation, with your consent, will be highlighted. Appointment confirmation: Once your appointment is booked and your health form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details you need for your visit, including our location, parking information, and special instructions. Cancellation policy We have a cancellation policy in place that requires all cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations made within the 24-hour window will incur a fee of 50 AUD. At LA Body we are committed to providing a safe, customised, and transformative experience. Cancellation Policy

LA Body Clinic respects that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. We have a 48hrs cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occurs 48hrs hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost. Any cancellations that occur within the 48hrs hour period will result in the $50 cancelled booking fee being applied.
